Enjoyed your post! I am learning so much through the help of 12x12pb and the great people who are willing to share their awesome knowledge. Thank you!
Alas, I did not write a new PB ms this month. But I did discover a whole new world of writing Chap Books. I think I’m in love, LOL! As I begin learning this new art, my PB background has been such an asset. Don’t worry 12×12, I ain’t going anywhere 🙂
March seemed in a hurray, but I did revise! I’m looking forward to April and more 12×12 🙂
I didn’t write any new manuscripts but I did a TON of revisions, so I’m happy with that.
March was a busy month for several strong revisions. I also dipped my toes into the world of Chapter Books and the water feels good 🙂
Finished ReForReMo and also did ChaBooCha at the same time this month… I know, I’m a glutton for punishment! Along with revising and writing manuscripts for ChaBooCha, I wrote a new draft and revised one of my old Storystorm stories which I may submit to the 12×12 April agent.
Two new drafts in March! Yay!
I wrote two new manuscripts and did more revisions than I can count. My March manuscript is, unbelievably, already in Acquisitions at one house and caught the attention of my agent, with whom I signed last week! You just never know what might happen with a 12×12 draft…
I’m sorry this month was so hard for you, Julie. I hope April brings a much happier start to spring for you.
I’ve been in thesis mode all month, and will be for April. This is intense, but it feels good to be almost finished. I managed a new pb draft written in my phone notes while putting my daughter to sleep and I have an idea for April. Happy writing, everyone!
March was madness but filled with inspiration! I have two ideas for April!
March is always a very busy month for my family with 3 family birthdays to celebrate. Despite that, I managed a fun, new draft inspired by a ReFoReMo post & I revised and shared a beloved older manuscript with my critique group. I’m hoping to keep up this momentum in April!
March was a productive month!!
What an inspiration story behind the book. Thanks Baptiste for your perseverance.
March was a marvelous writing and illustrating month for me. So much inspiration from various directions incuding 12X12 lit a fire under my butt to get several new drafts written and several books revised, giving me at least four picture books to submit.
Did a ton of revising this month. And started research on a new NF picture book that I am very excited about!
I did major revisions this month on two manuscripts. I also started research on a new NF picture book that I am very excited about!
I can’t wait to read I am a Farmer. Thanks!
This was good to read!
I’m finally picking up some momentum. I have a new manuscript, a revision, and am starting April with lots of ideas and avenues to go. Hopefully I can keep it up!
Thanks for all the support (and the deadlines that keep me focused and moving).
I did not write a draft this month but I was able to get some revising done!
I revised and did a new draft-posted it. I love Baptiste and Miranda Paul’s book!
I had a good month! I actually wrote two new drafts and radically revised an old one.
Yeah…that old one? One of the earliest drafts was 1600 words long! I got it down
to 480 this time!! It only took 7.25 years to get there! HAHAHAHA! But I did it!! 🙂
I look forward to reading this book. I am always inspired by how much one person can do by starting a project that keeps growing! Providing clean water in extremely impoverished areas is a critical task. Baptiste, Thank you for writing on such an important topic.
I have revised a draft this month and posted it. I completed a rough draft and have a couple that are in process.
Thanks for your sharing your story. And for the important information you shared in the webinar.
I can’t wait to share this wonderful picture book and the story of Farmer Tantoh with students.
I am learning so much through the kind 12 x 12 authors that post on facebook! I am truly grateful and inspired! I wrote a new picture book and revised an old one in March. I submitted the revised one to 2 agents as well!! 🙂
I did not complete (or start, let’s be honest) a new draft in March, nor did I revise! I’m expecting better things if myself for April. Sometimes we need time to backbuild and refocus.
I AM FARMER looks wonderful!
